The provision of residential care for young, elderly and vulnerable people is a key component of modern welfare, and CBC's care portfolio incorporates facilities that cater for each these groups. Providing a safe, homely environment which provides full time care and security without feeling in any way institutionalised, each facility has been designed to reflect the specific needs of its staff and residents.
Respite centres which provide accommodation and care for patients while offering their families and carers some time off, as well facilities which offer residential accommodation for families of hospital patients who have to travel for treatment, are also a key part of our experience in this sector.
In terms of primary care provision, CBC have successfully delivered several schemes for both NHS Trusts and Local Authorities. Many of these projects have been integrated schemes with GP Surgeries and Dental Practices incorporating other community facilities such as nurseries, leisure and advisory services.
CBC is proud of the contribution it has made in supporting the dedicated care staff in both public and private sectors. Delivering quality facilities which reflect the requirements of residents and staff is central to the CBC approach.
