This Project, which completed in August 2014, involved the construction of a new build Primary, Pre-five and Community Education Campus in Renfrew, as part of Renfrewshire Council's Community Infrastructure Programme. The Contract was procured under an NEC3 Contract Route.

The new campus was being constructed adjacent to the existing St. James' Primary School and exhaustive measures were implemented to limit the disruption caused to the school's operational requirements and to ensure the safety of all. The School was designed as Highly Sustainable in line with the criteria for an "Excellent" BREEAM Rating. The building incorporates sustainable features such as Solar Thermal and Photo Voltaic Panels, a Wind Turbine, Airtightness to exemplar levels and a Biomass Heating System.
