Dundyvan Enterprise Park

Dundyvan Enterprise Park was constructed as part of a Joint Venture between CBC Group company City Link Developments. and North Lanarkshire Council’s arms length regeneration company Fusion Assets.

The new development, which was the first of its kind to be backed by the European SPRUCE fund, involved the transformation of a once-derelict three acre brownfield site into a bright, modern complex of industrial units of more than 40,000 ft2 within three terraces.

Each terrace provides single storey flexible units ranging in size from 608 - 3,700 ft2 for use by small businesses for storage, workshop space and industrial office accommodation.

The project also involved the delivery of External Works including a courtyard area, car parking, delivery bays, which were reinforced to facilitate use by heavy vehicles, and access road.
