What made you decide on a career in the construction industry?
When I first left college and was looking for work, Surveying, although it was something I hadn’t previously considered, came across as a good career. The attributes needed for surveying are almost tailored for women despite construction being a male dominated industry. However, my Mum always said it was the dumper truck I got for my 4th birthday that did it!!
