CBC employs 150 tradesmen operatives and apprentices. This differentiates us from many of our direct competitors and we train at levels above the national average.  We are active participants in a number of local employment and training initiatives with publicly funded projects involving a mix of on the job training through to full-time apprenticeships and employment.
The provision of property development skills and property maintenance expertise are the two other inhouse skills which enables CBC to be one of the few local contractors in Scotland to offer a fully comprehensive package of construction services to clients.
