50% of our business is delivered utilising Design and Build or Design, Develop and Construct procurement routes. Using these procurement routes enables us to influence the total sustainability issue from sourcing of local materials and labour, offsite construction and prefabrication techniques. We are also currently preparing our business for ISO 14001 accreditation and hope to achieve this by early 2009. This certification will compliment our QA system, which is ISO 9001:2000 accredited, Investors In People, Considerate Constructors and Constructionline accreditations which are already in place.
We have embarked on our fifth project to achieve a BREEAM (our new Headquarters) and have achieved scores ranging from Very Good to Excellent under this scheme.
