This development for Maryhill Housing Association was completed in 2005. The complex, which consists of 24 townhouses, semi detached properties and cottage flats, caters for tenants with varying degrees of needs, and provides extensive facilities for special needs residents including wheelchair access and carer’s accommodation in certain residences.
The development was designed as Barrier Free, incorporates HFVN Parts 1 and 2 and complies with Scottish Housing Design Handbook standards. In addition, the complex also has Secure by Design Accreditation. NEXT>>
