Western Harbour – Leith, Edinburgh – £11.5 Million
This Project to deliver 102 flatted units began on site in early October 2008. The development, which is six stories high and constructed around an inner court yard, is part of the overall regeneration of the Leith Docks area and will provide high quality affordable housing in the area.Construction comprises ground floor steel structure with steel piling with transfer deck at first floor level. The finish will be render and natural stone.

The Development has been designed as sustainable and energy efficiency with Ground Source Heat Pumps servicing the flats at ground level and a Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS) being incorporated. Eight of the units have also been specially adapted to accommodate disables residents and several three and four bedroom properties have been designed for use by families.
