Station Plazza – Kilwinning – £2.3 Million
Station Plaza is a 25,000sqft office complex developed by North Ayrshire Ventures,
a partnership project between North Ayrshire Council and EDI Group. 
Completed in 2006, the building exceeds the current British Council for Offices (BCO) guidelines for category “A” office space and was awarded the BCO 2007 Small Projects (Scotland) Award.
The project has also received further acclaim for its innovative design and was awarded a Design Commendation from the Glasgow Institute of Architects, as well as a “Very Good” BREEAM rating. NEXT>>
