The Open Museum Phase 2 – £8.3 Million
Following completion of the initial phase of this project (as outlined in Design and Build experience), we were awarded the contract for phase 2. This phase, which was completed in Summer 2008, involves the construction of an “industrial style” facility comprising 95,000sqft repository and archive resource over three floors.  The facility includes a racking system, heavy duty lift and state-of-the-art BMS System.
