Three 60 bed Dementia Units, Various Locations, Renfrewshire – £13.5 Million
We began work on this multi-location project to build three separate 60-bed dementia units, two of which incorporate specialist day-care units, in November 2005. The facilities, which are located in Foxbar and Blackford Road in Paisley and Cocklesloan in Renfrew, were phased, with the last facility being completed in mid 2009.

We worked on a repeat basis with certain key supply chain members to ensure economics of scale and consistent quality throughout.
