The Metropole Building – Clyde Street, Glasgow – £17 Million
We completed work on the luxury riverside complex in 2006. The Metropole, which houses 94 apartments, is built over 9 storeys and has extensive underground car parking and 20,000sqft of ground floor commercial space.
Construction in this tight city centre site involved liaison with statutory authorities to ensure a robust and acceptable Traffic Management plan and Public Health and Safety was paramount. NEXT>>
